I think the key is that Saturday morning we actually got to see the sun rise, if I recall.
ReplyDeleteI believe this is the 2nd time you have observed this error specifically at PAO
right - and we would not have been able to see (or cared about) the scattered layer at 3000 if we had a broken layer at 1000 (as opposed to 10,000)...
ReplyDeleteAnd it seems like in general the sky conditions are listed from bottom to top and usually always with 3 digits...
